I had the pleasure of capturing these two lovebirds last week! It was a hot one, no surprise. But it was a beautiful night filled with love and laughter so that beat out any heat. This session was actually gifted to this lovely couple thanks to mutual friends (I hear she was a fan of our photography, so hopefully it was a good surprise ;) I'm always blown away by the thoughtfulness and generosity of friends coming together because believe it or not, this isn't the first time this has happened! I'd say it makes for a perfect gift that keeps on giving! We wandered the trails, obsessed over the Spanish moss aaand I fell in love with their adorable pup. We had an outfit change and headed to the Bay where we encountered a water snake. Ya'll. I thanked my lucky stars I didn't realize it until afterrr we finished with pictures while I was thigh deep in the water. Not many things bother me in nature but snakes, oh no. I can't handle them. I'd say you both were worth the threat ;) I truly had the best time sweating it out with you both and I wish you both a lifetime of happiness!! It was an honor to be chosen to capture this special time in your lives!!
